Industrial craftsmanship: Hot-dip galvanized steel

Within a professional shelter environment, materials must withstand constant stress, high-pressure cleaning and the action of urine. Our kennel parts are constructed entirely from heavy gauge tubular profiles and hot-dip galvanized after complete assembly. This guarantees that the steel is protected against rust both on the inside and outside.

We provide two proven, rattle-free varieties that meet the strict requirements of the professional sector:

• Bar panels (bar 16/5): Equipped with robust 16 mm thick bars with a safe spacing of only 5 cm. Designed to withstand the most powerful breeds. Because each bar is welded into the frame all around, the panel does not vibrate. This ensures peace of mind on the corridors.

• Wire mesh panels (mesh 5x5 welded in): Features heavy, welded wire mesh with 50x50 mm mesh. The mesh is welded tightly into the box section, eliminating sharp edges that dogs can hurt themselves on. This is the ideal choice for universal shelter wings.

• Sheet piling (full or partial in combination with post): Equipped with high-strength sheet piling. We can install these completely blind in the frame for 100% privacy, or partially integrate them at the bottom in combination with a bar or mesh top. This effectively prevents digging and minimizes stressful stimuli between adjacent enclosures.
